Include missing contact fields in (constituent) reports

To effeciently work with the constituent reports some general widely used fields are missing from the display and filter sections of the reports. Therefor the flexibility and use is limited.

• gender
• birthdate + age
• contacttype (incl.subtype)

I will first add these to the constituent summary and event participant reports but want to include the other reports and maybe some other important fields that come up as well so the reports have more of a common functionality.
