Description
The default civicrm_states_provinces table is missing two provinces (Kalimantan Tengah and Sulawesi Barat) and contains misspelled or outdated names for a number of provinces. I've attached a .csv file noting the provinces that need updating, as well as English names for all 33 provinces.
