Custom participant statuses print their ID in event confirmation email

Custom participant statuses print as their ID in event confirmation emails. ie: Thank you for your participation. This letter is a confirmation that your registration has been received and your status has been updated to 32.

Steps to recreate:

• Create a new participant status (CiviEvent > Participant statuses) with 'public visibility'.

• Create a new event with online booking

• Add a new profile to the event that allows users to select their participant status. (Eg: 'Accept invitation', 'Decline invitation' statuses).

• Add a basic confirmation email

• Book on to the event and you will see the first paragraph contains the ID of the status and not the name.
