Change size of civicrm_action_schedule.entity_value to 255 from 64

If a system has 70 Membership type or Activity type or Event type or Event name or Membership type or Event template name.

When we configure Schedule reminder for all entity value i.e selecting all in the option for entity value and saving the form results in only few option being saved, since the size of the field is limited to 64. Therefore mysql trims the value to size 64.
