Use the term "Order" instead of "Weight" consistently

Drupal uses the term "Weight" whereas CiviCRM tends to favor the term "Order" because it is clearer, less technical, and easier to translate into other languages.
I have gone through and updated the few spots where we were saying "Weight" instead of "Order" in the app. We should make sure our documentation reflects this too.
