      Description

The Outbound Mail admin form doesn't mention that if you have a SSL SMTP server, you'll need to add "ssl://" to the SMTP Server field. It's not in the book either, just the wiki.

The form on its own should be understandable to fill out for someone who's familiar with configuring a phone or email client for SMTP.

(Documentation required field is set because the wiki--at http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=86213733 --says the "ssl://" feature should be added to the book. I think it may be fine to leave it out so long as the form itself explains what's going on.)
