Geocoder maxlength issue -> go to 12

            I've got a client who has managed to get 12 digits from GeoCoding (not sure which provider - they have been testing many). But there are 12 digits for sure in long: -122.7346112

            So the issue is that Edit Contact -> Save Contact -> doesn't work - as maxlength = 11 triggers and error message.

            Any objections to go to 12?
