Update documentation to tell people that pending memberships won't appear in the count on the membership tab

Need to tell people that pending memberships won't appear on the membership tab. This has been queried more than once in the forums. Latest one is http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,35415.0 .

Put into user and admin guide and perhaps also somewhere on the UI.
