Description
Wouldn't it be usefull to implement 'Maintenance Mode' functionality for Civicrm only.
In this way, when major restructuring, upgrading of repairs are being done, the rest of the drupal/joomla/wordpress site can continue.
Only the civicrm pages would get a maintenance mode screen.
