Copying contribution page still links PCP to original contrib page

I had this reported from a nonprofit and was able to reproduce on the demo server as follows:

1) Copy an existing contribution page
2) Disable the original contribution page
3) Set up a PCP on the new copy of the page
4) Try to donate on that PCP and get a fatal error - it still includes the ID for the original contribution page (not the copy) in the donate button link, and since that original page is disabled it errors out.
