Country name is not shown in report Constituent Summary

            Description

            I have already reproduced this in the public sandbox at: d45.demo.civicrm.org

            To see the issue, use the report template "Constituent Summary" and include the field "Country". The resulting report shows the country ID not the country name.

            For example: http://d45.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/report/instance/1?reset=1

            (This was working in version 4.4.x)
