Increase field length for civicrm_contact.external_identifier

CiviCRM's contact external_identifier field is limited to 32 char.

Applications like Filemaker use UUID for external identifiers, which CiviCRM can't store in 32 char without some transformation.

Increasing the field size will make it easier to import CRM data from applications using UUID and retain relations easily.
