            Replace this sentence in templates/CRM/Report/Form/Settings.hlp:

            "Multiple 'To' email addresses are not allowed."

            with

            "Separate multiple 'To' or 'CC' email addresses with commas."

            I went to create a report to be emailed & the help text said that multiple to emails are not allowed - however, on testing both the 'to' & the 'cc' fields will support a comma separated list of emails
