            Description

            At the moment I override a couple of parts of criteria.tpl in our report instances.

            It seems to me that it would be easier to work with if either the criteria.tpl used regions OR it used separate files for the separate sections (ie. a file for the groupby block/tab, a file for the fields block/tab).

            I'm inclined to think that doing both might be the best - ie a file for each with region tabs at start & end
