inserting label of frequency_unit instead of value in contribution_recur

            Description

            Getting an error when submiting an online recurring contribution. This is due to civicrm inserting localized label of frequency_unit ("mes" spanish month) instead of value ("month")

            Workaround is editing option groups and changing localized label

            Tested in civicrm 4.5.5 and 4.5.6 (Wordpress)
