Edit screen fails when user uf_group name is not unique

Subsequent to CRM-15330 we have found that despite the name field in the uf_group table being theoretically unique it is possible for it not to be. This seems to have occurred for historical reasons and ideally would be prevented via an index.

However, where it happens the new urls use the profile name & they should make the best selection rather than failing where the user name matches more than one entry
