Inherited membership does not update when it is renewed by the non primary member

When a membership is shared through relationships, when the secondarymember goes to renew their shared membership, only their shared membership record is updated (not the primary). If the membership is renewed by the primary member after being updated by the secondary member, the renewal made by the secondary is overwritten.

This became apparent when I was testing what would happen if a couple had a couples membership and the member who originally signed up didn't renew their membership, but the member who had the membership shared to them did. I then tested to see what would happen if the primary member also renewed and found that the changes made by the secondary went away.
