Creating a financial type in a localised civicrm install breaks

When you have a localised install of CiviCRM (e.g the language is set the Dutch) and you create/add a new financial type through the user interface you get a database error.

This is caused by the fact that the account types are looked up by their English names which are all translated to dutch
