Description
This is a really trivial patch to add the "fieldID" to customgroups/fields when they are passed to the smarty template.
It makes it easier to theme specific custom fields in "View Activity" popups, because this way we can add classes such as
<td [...] class="myextension-case-act-view-field-{$customField.fieldID}-value">
