Description
Seems to be the same problem that was solved in CRM-10974, except now it applies to price sets.
When entering a monetary amount in a text box in a price set, the amount recorded is only what is to the left of the comma ( 1,000 would be recorded as $1)
Reproduced in the current 4.5.6 Sandbox.
