Deleting a membership that created a recurring payment plan should delete the recurring payment plan

Steps to re-create: (doesn't work on demo due to payment processor limitations)
Create a contact
Submit a credit card membership for them and choose to have it automatically recur
Three things are created: A membership, a contribution and a recurring contribution.
Delete the membership.
This also deletes the single contribution.
However it does not delete the recurring contribution plan which logically I think should be tied to the membership that created it.
