Unable to Create Personal Campaign Pages from Contact Dashboard

            Description

            I'm running 4.5.5. but this issue presents itself in the civicrm drupal demo (4.5.6) (http://d45.demo.civicrm.org) as well.

            To Replicate:
            From /civicrm/user clicking on 'Create a Personal Campaign Page' opens the ajax window and everything looks good with info pre-populated. Clicking continue exits and returns you to the /civicrm/user page. The user is unable to continue and no info is saved.

            To Workaround:
            If you right click and open the (Create a PCP) link in a new tab/window, the form is presented correctly and the user is able to continue.
