            Description

            CiviCRM has version 4.0 of CKEditor in its packages folder. CKEditor 4.0 has known incompatibilities with IE 11. We've been able to do an in-place upgrade to the latest version (4.4.7 Standard) without trouble, but thought that the core product should ship with the latest CKEditor as well.
