            In 4.6.beta1, when creating a New Mailing, the Headers and Footers tab shows drop-down lists for selecting a header and footer for the email. There are a number of problems ...

            1. The default header/footer is not selected
            2. Only 11 headers/footers are shown
            3. Disabled headers/footers are included
            4. Typing in a partial header/footer name only allows selection from the 11 lists originally shown
