search builder doesn't respect contact sub type selection

search builder does not respect contact subtypes in the first option box. to recreate:

• create a subtype
• create two records with similar names – one with the base contact type, one with the subtype
• in search builder, select the subtype in the first field, then the contact name like whatever your name was

it should return only one record, instead it will return two – for both the subtype and the core contact type
