Quick Edit does not require mandatory contact information

Usually CiviCRM requires either the first and last name OR an email-address for an individual. If you edit a contact via the usual mask and try to remove essential information, CiviCRM wont let you save the contact.

However, if you use the quick edit function in the contact mask, you will be able to remove the first and last name and get an "empty contact" as a result.

A side effect is, that the display name will not change so the first and last name would still be visible.
