"Parent Event" save error

            Description

            "Parent Event" in Conference Slot does not work.
            The error you get is
            "Notice: Undefined index: parent_event_name in CRM_Event_Form_ManageEvent_Conference->postProcess() (line 104 of /srv/buildkit/build/d45/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Event/Form/ManageEvent/Conference.php)."

            To repeat in http://d45.demo.civicrm.org
            Go to Administer - CiviEvent - CiviEvent Component Settings
            Enable "Use Shopping Cart Style Event Registration".
            Go to Events.
            Create 2
            Go to 2nd Event to Conference Slots Tab.
            Fill in 1st Event in Parent Event
            Click "Save and Done"
