Record not saved on Multi record Profile Create/Edit Mode

            Description

            -> Add a Profile with multi record custom fields.
            -> Go to Profile edit mode (civicrm/profile/edit?gid=<gid>&reset=1)
            -> Try adding new record from 'Add New Record' button.
            After Saving the form, the record is not being saved.
