Confusing empty display of fees section during confirmation and thank-you for waitlisted and require-approval registrations

Currently when a user registers for an event that requires approval, or to be added to a waitlist, the 'event fees' section of the Confirmation and Thank-you pages displays their name w/o any fee information (because the expected Amount value is empty).

We should suppress the event fees section from these pages during this flow since no fee has been selected.
