            Description

            This seems to be a regression in 4.4.13. Happens on our sites and on 4.4 demo.

            To replicate:
            Create new scheduled reminder. Set Entity to something other than Activity.
            Recipient options list fails to load and so does the associated role/group/manual listing field.

            If you edit an existing reminder the fields display correctly.

            EDIT: Everything is OK in 4.6 It is just the LTS that is affected.
