merge case activities should be attributed to logged in user

      Description

      to replicate:

      1. create two cases for a contact
      2. manage the second case and merge it into the first
      3. view the resulting merged case

      result:
      an activity record is created to indicate the case was merged. the case reporter (source) is the contact the case is attached to. it should reflect the user who actually performed the merge.
