Description
Our workflow is such that a Household contact is created, and all Individuals within that Household are created afterward. The Individuals are joined to the Household via sharing the Household's address.
If a County had been populated on the master contact (the Household), the subsequent Individuals' records will not copy the County over when the address share is initially entered. This can be verified in the database table-- it is not a display issue.
If either the master or secondary contact's address is subsequently edited and saved (no changes required), the County will populate on the secondary record as it should have done originally.
The result in a workflow similar to ours is that Households have Counties, but no Individuals have counties unless the address record has been subsequently edited.
