      Description

      Wordpress 4.1.1.
A warning is shown on our membership sign up page when enabling SSL as per http://book.civicrm.org/user/current/initial-set-up/security/.

Note: SSL is working perfectly for wordpress and CiviCRM admin pages. We have all the correct requirements for SSL on the site.

      This is the problem setting:

Administer > System Settings > Resource URLs >
Force Secure URLs (SSL) = yes

This is the warning, and the form will not load:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/blabla/public_html/wp-content/themes/iconic-one-child/header.php:13) in /home/blabla/public_html/wp-content/plugins/civicrm/civicrm/CRM/Utils/System.php on line 423
