Can't scroll through profiles launched via ajax pop up

If the profile is longer than your screen, you cannot scroll down to fill it all out. Pre 4.4, the page scroll bar remained. A work around is to use the arrow keys on your keyboard.

How to replicate:

• add a dozen or fields to the reserved individual profile
• trigger CiviCRM to launch that profile via an ajax pop-up (e.g. when adding a new membership or a new case - select New Individual rather than selecting an existing individual)

I replicated on the 4.6 demo as well.
