Unable to add more fields when reusing an export mapping

When re-using a saved mapping the column count is still at 10, so if the mapping contains > 10 fields the "add new field" will appear to do nothing.
The user would need to click it multiple times to get the count up above whatever was in the saved mapping, but this is pretty counter-intuitive.
