'Activity Subject' not filled in when creating PDF letters from template

            Description

            This used to work in 4.4.x. It looks like it was accidentally reverted during work to add SMS support for scheduled reminders, as part of CRM-13912:

            Pretty trivial to fix by moving cj("#subject").val( data.subject ); back to the top of the post function - unless it was deliberate...?
