In PDF letter templates - activity subject line not loaded

            Description

            Hi

            When you create a PDF letter you can load a template.
            The templates have a subject line (http://d45.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/messageTemplates?reset=1) which used to auto load into the PDF letter Activity Subject. This appears to have stopped working in 4.5.x
