Description
The download link from https://civicrm.org/download/list is
https://download.civicrm.org/civicrm-4.6.0-drupal.tar.gz?src=donate
However I can only wget from that link if I change https to http because otherwise I get
wget https://download.civicrm.org/civicrm-4.6.0-drupal.tar.gz?src=donate
