Display payment processor description when selecting in backoffice config

I have a one-line patch that adds the description to the payment processor name in the back-office select box.

This allows people to distinguish between multiple processors that have been given the name 'Credit card' to avoid something confusing being displayed in the front end.

The change affects all classes that inherit from Abstract payment class (which is basically all backoffice ones)
