CiviMail: ckeditor breaks when using Drupal aggregation

            Description

            This is based on an IRC convo circa 9pm/11pm PDT (6 Apr 15) with galgeek.

            Symptoms include https://pastebin.mozilla.org/8829018 (Firefox) and https://pastebin.mozilla.org/8829019 (Chrome).

            Steps to reproduce:

            1. Go to admin/config/development/performance.
            2. Enable JS and CSS aggregation
            3. Go to "Mailings => New Mailing"
            4. Observe: ckeditor is boinked
