Translations not escaped -> JS error

            Description

            On the CiviEvent manage event forms (/event/manage/settings), a few help strings are added via JavaScript. These strings are not properly escaped. When using the Dutch translation, JavaScript errors occur, which blocks several functions on the page.

            The problem is this line:
