Event Registration does not Show Korean Font/PDF Formatting

We have made a multilingual Site in English and Korean. 3Dkiss.org
We we want the Koreans to receive nice emails and PDF Attachments like the English version.

However The Korean PDF only shows Black Boxes. So we cannot use this great CIVI CRM Feature.

The pdfs are generated with wkhtmltopdf-amd64
This is the only option for generation of long PDFs.
the build In System fails for me.

I would also love to format the System message to have a different font, and the pdf too. But whatever I edit in the System message "registration Confirmation" the PDF always looks the same.

I am Attaching The PDF with the Faulty Korean Characters.
Maybe we can ad a missing Font, but I dont know how to do that.
