Show count and position of repeating entities

The "Parent" and "Child" notation is not terribly helpful.

Also the term "Repeating" should be used for consistency instead of "Recurring". http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,35638.0.html

Also these strings were not being translated properly.
