Re-use mailing redirects to dashboard

            Description

            Clicking on Re-Use in the Scheduled and Sent Mailings list results in redirect to CiviCRM dashboard. No new mailing gets created.

            Expected results: Create a new mailing based on a previously sent mailing

            Reproduced on my instance of CiviCRM 4.6.0 on Joomla, as well as on the Joomla CiviCRM demo site.
