Description

Migrating from old-style datatables syntax to the new v2 datatable api.
We are deprecating and removing CRM_Utils_JSON::encodeDataTableSelector().
Big blocks of inline javascript for each datatable (which was mostly boilerplate) is replaced with a common utility function which automatically initializes datatables from the markup.
