            Description

            As part of the Denver 2015 code sprint, this:

            • Upgrades CKEditor to the latest version
            • Moves TinyMCE from core into an extension
            • Creates an interface for pluggable wysiwyg editors so that others can be added as extensions
            • Removes the "drupal editor" and "joomla editor" options from core. They could potentially be added back as extensions if someone wants to do so.
