Reminders in multilingual sites: allow to define the language of the sending

When using reminders in multilingual mode, the only way to limit the recipients of the reminder who set their preferrence language is to limit the sending to a group.

There is no way to force the token in a specific language or to automatically be populated based on the contact preferred language.
