minified javascript in source

Source archive contains minified file `civicrm/packages/momentjs/moment.min.js`

Minified javascripts are effectively the same as pre-compiled binaries –
un-readable, non-modifiable and non-distributable in
[Debian](http://debian.org).

It is a bad practice to have minified files is source tree.

Please replaced minified file with its uncompressed original.
