            Description

            Patch adds pre & post help text to the tabs for tab-style custom fields on the contact summary page - per pic.

            Also added are regions following the style

            contact-custom-data-

            {custom_group_name}

            I will update http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Region+Reference with these once merged.
