Layout issues when recording back-office priceset contributions

See pic below.

1) When I do a back office price set contribution I see the price set title showing with the label total amount.

2) I am also required to enter the financial type - even though it is meaningless as all price set fields have their own financial types- which is very confusing.

I suspect #1 is a regression & #2 has always been the case.

I may work on a separate but related issue in which I would like to be able to put the price set it in the url
